My client seeks an experienced and hands -on Technical Solutions Lead to join their team and provide technical leadership across their digital and internal systems landscape.  About the Role

As the Technical Solutions Lead, you will sit at the intersection of digital platforms, internal systems, infrastructure, vendors, development partners, and business stakeholders. You will ensure solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with the broader technology strategy while contributing hands -on to development, integrations, reporting, and system enhancements.

 Key Responsibilities

 Provide technical oversight across digital products, platforms, integrations, and internal systems

 Contribute hands -on to development, reporting, data analysis, integrations, and troubleshooting

 Evaluate vendor and solution proposals from technical, operational, security, and sustainability perspectives

 Coordinate upgrades, platform enhancements, technical initiatives, testing, implementation, and handover activities

 Support development partners and vendors with technical guidance on systems architecture, integrations, and business requirements

 Identify and mitigate risks related to architecture, integrations, security, vendor dependency, and unsupported technologies

 Promote standardisation, scalability, and long -term sustainability across solutions

 Provide clear recommendations on solution risks, trade -offs, dependencies, and impacts

Requirements

 Requirements

 5+ years' experience in a hands -on technical role such as Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or Solution Analyst

 Strong experience building and supporting enterprise systems, integrations, and data solutions

 Advanced SQL skills, including query writing and stored procedures

 Experience with APIs, integrations, Power BI, SSRS, reporting solutions, and modern development frameworks

 Strong understanding of system design, scalability, integrations, and technical dependencies

 Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non -technical stakeholders

 Advantageous

 Experience in architecture, IT governance, or digital transformation

 Exposure to SaaS, CRM, or customer -facing platforms

 Relevant certifications such as Agile, ITIL, TOGAF, Security, or Data certifications
