Tele Sales Agent - Curo Health

We are looking for a motivated and results -driven Tele -Sales Representative to join our growing team, based at our Menlyn office. The ideal candidate is confident, target -oriented, and has strong communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping people.

Please note that training is intensive.  Attendance and successful completion of the training program are compulsory.  Candidates who do not complete the training may not be considered for the position.

Requirements

• Contact clients through outbound calls and other communication channels to arrange insurance medical appointments.
  
• Engage with clients professionally and persuasively to secure bookings.
  
• Accurately capture and qualify client information to ensure appointments are scheduled correctly.
  
• Handle objections effectively to encourage appointment commitment (no sales required).
  
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and follow -ups where necessary.
  
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly appointment booking targets.
  
• Capture and manage all interactions and bookings using our systems.
  
• Track and report on appointment metrics and performance.
