The successful candidate will support customers across provisioning, billing queries, and general administration while ensuring internal processes and compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Provision telecoms services including landlines, broadband, fibre, and cloud -based licences
Ensure all internal processes and compliance checks are followed accurately
Review and validate contracts for accuracy and completeness
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
Log and manage customer faults relating to telephony, broadband, and cloud services
Maintain accurate records and file documentation appropriately
Manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospective clients
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Familiarity with broadband technologies such as FTTP, SoGEA, ADSL, and FTTC
Experience with number porting (legacy and cloud environments)
Background in telecoms and/or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Education & Experience
GCSEs or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or client support (preferred)
