The Role
Were seeking a highly motivated Outbound Telesales Executive to join our growing team. Your mission: to connect with UK business owners, understand their funding needs, and schedule meetings for our directors to present tailored finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confidently making a high volume of outbound cold calls to targeted UK businesses daily.
• Engaging with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and position our services effectively.
• Booking meetings for our directors to discuss funding options.
• Accurately recording conversations and prospect details in our CRM system.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in outbound telesales, ideally within the financial or B2B services sector.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call logging.
