Telesales Representative Business Finance

Salary: R16,000 per month Location: Office-based PE

Role Overview

Our client is a UK-based trade and supplier finance broker, connecting businesses with over 100 specialist lenders to fund stock purchases, supplier payments, invoice finance, and revenue-based finance facilities ranging from £100k to £25m+. They're looking for a driven, financially-motivated Tele Sales Representative to join the team. This is a hunter role: you'll be at the front line of business development efforts, running high-volume outbound calls to identify and qualify new leads for business finance solutions. 1. Relevant experience in tele sales, cold calling, and lead generation (B2B preferred)

2. Experience selling financial products, business loans, or similar services strongly preferred

3. Proven track record in outbound sales and sales support

4. A true "hunter" mentality, comfortable with high call volumes and rejection

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Confident on the phone and skilled at handling objections

7. Highly motivated, target-driven, resilient, and financially ambitious

8. Good organisational and time management skills

9. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
   

   Key Responsibilities

   • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through high-volume outbound/cold calling

   • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients seeking business finance (trade, stock, supplier, or invoice finance)

   • Research target markets and decision-makers to understand their business needs

   • Explain our client's finance solutions clearly and confidently to prospective clients

   • Work closely with the internal team to qualify leads and progress opportunities

   • Represent a UK-based business finance brokerage with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
