Temp Office Administrator

In South Africa, we have a workforce of over 450 staff.About the roleReporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for office administration.

• Provide an efficient and friendly customer service
• Any Ad-hoc duties that are given by the Branch Manager.
• Responsible for administration of PRP for the Branch
• Responsible for petty cash, cash up, and banking for the Branch
• Responsible for filing and archiving for the Branch
• Capturing of health and safety/ SHEQSYS safety checklists

About you

• National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)
• Telephonic skills in dealing with Internal & External Clients and Suppliers.
• Experienced in the handling of customers via relationship-building
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in general administration, stock control processes, and working on PRP.
• The candidate must be computer literate and have practical working experience with Microsoft Office.
• Thorough and accurate working ethics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
