Job Description - Tenant Operations Coordinator

Responsible for managing the flow of short‑term rental activity within a high‑volume residential estate. Core duties include receiving, verifying, and processing booking forms; registering and maintaining biometric access for guests, owners, staff, and contractors; and ensuring smooth entry and exit procedures. The role also involves responding to tenant complaints, addressing disturbances, and escalating issues where necessary to maintain a safe, orderly, and well‑managed environment.

Requirements

Willing to work weekends & holiday periods.

Live‑in position preferred.

After‑hours availability is required.

Computer literate

Basic Administrative skills
