hunt for a dynamic Test Analyst (Operations) to join our high-octane

What You’ll Be Doing:

·       Part
of a DevOps team responsible for the development and maintenance of the Central
Ordering applications.

·       Perform
manual test case execution and defect retesting when required

·       Plan,
organize and support test case creation and adaptation around business and
internal testing requirements.

·       Ability
to work interdependently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent
quality.

·       Participate
in all relevant Agile ceremonies.

·       Contribute
to the refinement and sizing of user stories.

·       Meet
with end users to understand Business requirements.

·       Compile
test cases around business requirements.

·       Develop
/ expand test automation framework of common business scenarios.

·       Create
test data with reflecting various scenarios.

·       Develop
systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements.

·       Identify
risks / impediments and proactively resolve and / or escalate to the relevant
parties.

·       Review
and present proposed system solution to Product Owner / Sub-Product Owner.

·       Comply
with Code Compliance & Unit Testing standards and practices.

·       Prepare
system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards).

·       Pro-active
knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching of members from the same or other teams.

·       Additional
responsibilities such as provide support for existing solutions (DevOps)
including 24/7 standby.

·       Other
responsibilities as per AWM Charter or as decided by department manager.

What We’re Looking For

·       Strong
manual testing background

·       Experience
with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, X- Ray, BitBucket)

·       Deep
understanding of Agile methodologies

·       IT
Operations Experience

·       Any
additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

·       IT
Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience

·       2-6
years in a Test Analyst role

·       Agile
working experience is a big plus!
