Test Analyst

• Makes sure all the product is tested and found satisfactory.
  
• Identifying the Target Test Items to be evaluated by the test effort.
  
• Defining the appropriate tests required and any associated Test Data.
  
• Gathering and managing the Test Data.
  
• Evaluating the outcome of each test cycle.
  

Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of testing methodologies and practices.
  
• Understanding and knowledge of programming languages including VB
  
• Knowledge and understanding of SDLC methodology.
  
• Web platform application knowledge
  
• Testing tools experience
  
• Open platform application experience
  
• Good analytical skills
  
• Understanding of common software failures and faults
  
• Data Migration Project Experience
  

• 7 years working in as a test Analyst
  

• 3 -year National Diploma (NQF 6)or higher in an ICT related field (e.g. Software Development or Computer Science, or Information Technology)
  

• International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) certification
