·        Has proven experience in leisure or luxury travel consulting

·        Thrives on creating seamless, inspiring travel experiences

Travel and Tourism Certificate

• GDS experience - Amadeus preferred
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Able to work flexi hours (shift work)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good geographical knowledge
• Thorough working knowledge of Reservations process from input to output
• Experience with reading and interpreting contracts
• Ability to meet targets and attention to detail critical
• Effective Communication Skills (effective written and verbal communication)

• You will be working within a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated individuals putting the satisfaction and safety of our customers at the heart of all we do
• There will be plenty of leads so no need for cold-calling
