ROLE PURPOSE

To translate data into actionable commercial recommendations and support the go-to-market execution of innovation and trade strategies across Retail and OOH channels.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Insights & Analytics Delivery

Responsibilities:

• Analyse:




• Sales data (volume, value, channel performance)


• Customer and channel insights


• Promotional effectiveness




• Track and report on:




• Campaign performance


• Trade ROI


• Pricing effectiveness




• Identify:




• Growth opportunities


• Risks and declining trends

2. Go-To-Market (GTM) Support & Execution

Responsibilities:

• Support development of:




• Launch plans (innovation & global products)


• Trade activation strategies




• Assist in translating brand plans into:




• Customer-ready propositions


• Sales decks and materials

3. Innovation Funnel Support

Responsibilities:

• Support stage-gate process:




• Track progress per stage


• Provide data input for decisions




• Analyse:




• Test results


• Pilot performance


• Customer feedback

4. Commercial Planning Support

Responsibilities:

• Support pricing analysis and modelling


• Assist in volume forecasting


• Support trade spend optimization

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Maintain:




• Dashboards (Excel / Power BI)


• Innovation pipeline tracker




• Prepare:




• Executive summary reports


• Monthly performance reviews

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree: Marketing / Business / Analytics / Statistics


• 5 years experience in: 




• FMCG insights / analytics / trade marketing




• Strong Excel / Power BI capability
