Trade & Marketing Manager - Beverage Industry

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Trade & Marketing Manager to join our client in the Beverage Industry. As the Trade & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and trade programs to increase sales and brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, analyze consumer behavior, and develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and brand growth
• Identify market trends and consumer insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement trade programs
• Analyze sales data and market research to evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of marketing activities
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
• Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives across various channels
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and external agencies
• Provide guidance and support to the marketing team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Trade & Marketing Manager in the Beverage Industry
• Strong understanding of the beverage market and trade channels
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Knowledge of market research and consumer behavior analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
