Job Description - Trainer

We are looking for a powerhouse Trainer who is equal parts Subject Matter Expert and Chief Motivator.  You won't just be reading from a slide deck; you will be the driving force behind our agents' success, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to crush their targets in a fast-paced environment.



What You’ll Do


As our go-to operational expert, you will work closely with Operations, Team Leaders, and Quality Assurance to keep our teams sharp and successful.



  • Ignite New Talent: Deliver high-energy, structured onboarding programs that take new hires from "rookie" to "rockstar," ensuring they hit the floor ready to win.

  • Be the Knowledge Guru: Maintain a deep, expert-level understanding of our products, systems, and processes. When anyone has a complex question, you are the answer.

  • Coach for Impact: Conduct dynamic coaching sessions focused on sales performance, objection handling, call control, and master-level communication skills.

  • Create the Blueprint: Design and refresh engaging training manuals, presentations, and interactive learning materials that keep pace with our fast-moving business.

  • Analyze & Elevate: Team up with QA to listen to calls, spot trends, bridge skill gaps, and deliver targeted refresher training that moves the needle.

  • Track the Wins: Measure your success by tracking graduation rates and watching your trainees dominate the leaderboard.



What You Bring to the Table


We are looking for a blend of technical expertise and infectious enthusiasm. Here is what we need:



  • The Experience: Proven track record as a Trainer within a fast-paced Call Centre or BPO environment.

  • The Know-How: Deep subject matter expertise in call centre operations, CRM platforms, dialer tools, and sales/service frameworks.

  • The Delivery: Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities. You know how to make learning fun and memorable!

  • The Superpower: The unique ability to take complex systems or processes and break them down into simple, actionable, and practical steps.

  • The Tech Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
