Training & Development Specialist

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver learning programmes for a UK-based business. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll identify skills gaps, create engaging content, and ensure employees have the tools to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses across business functions
• Design, develop, and deliver training programmes in a variety of formats including e-learning, webinars, and workshops
• Maintain the LMS and ensure all learning content is current and accessible
• Measure training effectiveness and report on learning outcomes
• Support onboarding programmes for new hires

What You'll Need

• 3+ years in an L&D or training role
• Experience designing blended learning content using tools such as Articulate or similar
• Familiarity with LMS platforms
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R28,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
