Job Description - Training Specialist

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on the new ERP system. Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and videos. Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.

Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training programs, with a focus on ERP systems.

Excellent presentation and instructional skills.

Experience with e-learning platforms and training software.
