The Key Purpose of this role is to transform business operations through S/4HANA and data-driven process transformation — delivering scalable, efficient solutions that drive standardization, automation, and business value across the Africa Zone.

As Business Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible:

• Ensure alignment of business and system processes across Africa Zone ERP landscape

• Maintain SAP S/4HANA stability and lead functional workstreams for future rollouts

• Act as key liaison between Zone Business Functions, In-Country Teams, and third-party providers

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end Treasury & Banking processes across all ERP systems

• Gather, design, and deliver business and process requirements

• Provide SAP functional expertise in Invoice-to-Pay / AP / Treasury

• Ensure successful implementation aligned with Steering Committee goals

• Manage prioritization, risks, and stakeholder communication

• Collaborate with Change Management to drive adoption

• Act as escalation point for complex problem-solving

• Ensure deliverables meet SAP standards and business needs

• Support training material development

Minimum Requirements:

• 3–5 years in a similar role within Consumer Goods (Beverages preferred)

• SAP functional experience or Treasury & Banking domain knowledge

• Experience with Agile/DevOps methods (advantageous)
