Truck Driver

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. Your main duties will include loading and unloading cargo, planning and following routes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will also be responsible for performing routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, as well as keeping accurate records of deliveries and pickups. The ideal candidate for this role will have a valid commercial driver's license and a clean driving record. They should also have excellent time management skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication skills. Previous experience in truck driving and knowledge of local routes and regulations is highly preferred. Responsibilities: - Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods from one location to another - Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment - Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery - Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance - Keep accurate records of deliveries and pickups - Communicate with dispatchers and customers to provide updates on delivery status - Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Maintain a clean and organized truck at all times - Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management immediately - Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time Requirements: - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) - Clean driving record - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Previous experience in truck driving preferred - Knowledge of local routes and regulations - Excellent time management skills - Ability to work independently - Strong communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Physical ability to load and unload cargo - Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime if needed If you are a skilled and dependable Truck Driver looking for a full-time opportunity with a reputable company, we encourage you to apply for this position.
