Trucktrak Site Manager

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of the Trucktrak Production Management System at the site.
  
• Act as the primary on-site liaison between the Client and the Service Provider to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  
• Coordinate the installation and commissioning of Trucktrak hardware components including Data Pods, Truck Data Devices (TDDs), Readers, and Tags.
  
• Monitor system functionality and ensure all hardware components are operational and correctly maintained.
  
• Facilitate access and availability of trucks for hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.
  
• Ensure reliable power and network infrastructure is available for Data Pods and Reader Stations.
  
• Manage system performance by monitoring live dashboards and reports, identifying
  
• exceptions, delays, or anomalies in truck cycles.
  
• Collaborate with site electricians and IT personnel to support installation, troubleshooting,
  
• and repair activities.
  
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, incidents, and equipment faults; escalate issues
  
• to the Service Provider as needed.
  
• Support user training initiatives for operators and supervisors on the Trucktrak web
  
• interface and system usage.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in production or mining site operations, preferably with
  exposure to production management systems.
  
• Experience managing technical or IT systems on industrial or mining sites is essential.
  
• Understanding of RFID, data capture, and wireless communication systems beneficial.
  
• Computer literacy is essential, including proficiency in using web-based monitoring and
  reporting tools.
  
• Basic knowledge of electrical power and networking infrastructure on mining/industrial
  sites.
