Job Description - UK Sales Consultant BAE

A Sales Consultant is responsible for converting inbound enquiries into paying customers by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable services, and matching customers with the most appropriate solutions. The role involves building strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach, achieving sales and conversion targets, managing customer interactions within a CRM system, handling enquiries and escalations professionally, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the organisation's commitment to providing high -quality, customer -focused service.

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in a consultative or customer -focused sales environment.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong telephone etiquette with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and objection -handling skills.

High level of empathy and emotional intelligence.

Strong organisational, time management, and problem -solving skills.

Computer literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment.

Positive, self -motivated, and customer -centric approach with a strong attention to detail.

Healthcare sector experience is highly advantageous.
