About Our Client

Our client is a leading global business services organisation with an international client base. They are expanding their Cape Town team and are looking for customer-focused, motivated individuals to join their growing operation.

We currently have opportunities available in both Voice Customer Service and Back Office Customer Service.

The Opportunity

As a Back Office Customer Service Representative, you will provide administrative and operational support while ensuring customer information and transactions are processed accurately and within the required turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer information and transactions accurately.


• Perform data capturing and administrative duties.


• Review and verify information across relevant systems.


• Respond to customer and internal queries through written communication.


• Process requests within agreed turnaround times.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.


• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues where necessary.


• Follow established processes, policies and quality standards.


• Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.


• Meet agreed productivity, accuracy and quality targets.


• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly.


• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.


• Previous call centre, customer service, administration or back-office experience is preferred.


• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.


• Strong organisational and time-management skills.


• Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures.


• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment.


• Must be comfortable working Monday to Friday during US working hours.
