Utilities Analyst

• Identify opportunities for revenue generation, value-add, expanded services and operational improvements
  
• Compile a detailed report of recommendations which may include tariff optimisation, meter inaccuracy reporting, energy efficiency or water efficiency interventions.
  
• Conduct research and constantly seek out new innovations / technologies / activities / recommendations that will result in cost optimisation across all utilities
  
• Prepare reconciliations as and when required
  
• Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with the SLA’s as per the contracts
  
• Compile monthly reports accurately and timeously
  
• Ensure all recommendations are properly added to the workflow and are implemented within SLA timelines
  
• Ensure all queries raised are properly added to the workflow and are resolved and responded to within SLA timelines
  
• Report on utility management and consumption in the portfolio and for the sustainability report.
  
• To monitor utilities procedures and compliance within the portfolio
  
• Meet with clients when needed to resolve queries
