Our client is a growing, independent audio production company seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is comfortable switching between tasks. You’ll work directly with the founder to streamline workflows, manage data, and support research efforts, freeing up time for higher-level creative and business development work.
Key Responsibilities
● Research companies, industries, and key decision-makers (e.g. production companies, agencies)
● Identify and compile contact lists (LinkedIn, company sites, etc.)
● Maintain and organize CRM (Folk) data, including:
○ Updating records
○ Cleaning and structuring data
○ Tracking relationships and outreach opportunities
● Assist with outreach preparation (e.g. guest lists for events, networking targets)
● Conduct general research tasks (business, creative, and occasional personal projects such as real estate research)
● Help improve organization and workflow systems
● Remotely operating a computer via MacOS.

- Highly proactive, able to take direction and run with it independently
- Strong research skills (you know how to find useful information, not just surface-level data)
- Detail-oriented and naturally organized
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Reliable with consistent follow-through
- MacOS Experience
Technical Requirements
- Ability to access a remote machine (via tools such as Jump Desktop)
- Familiarity with:
○ LinkedIn
○ CRM systems (experience with Folk is a bonus, not required)
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting creative, production, or agency-based businesses
- Understanding of US (particularly New York) agency/production landscape
- Experience in audio, media, or creative industries
