Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via chat, email, phone, and SMS
• Help with order tracking, product inquiries, and refunds
• Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records and improve customer experience

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or e-commerce
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced setting
