Visual Merchandising & Retail Project Coordinator

Operating within an established beauty retail and brand environment, this role is pivotal for translating brand identity into compelling experiences and meticulous project execution, ensuring that retail footprints are both aesthetically superior and operationally sound. This position demands a blend of artistic vision and administrative project management precision, specifically regarding project roll -outs and financial coordination. The successful incumbent will have advanced excel skills and project management experience within the retail / FMCG setup. 

Key Responsibilities

Visual Strategy & Execution

• Conceptualise and implement visual merchandising displays in collaboration with retail partners to maintain rigorous brand standards.
  

• Ensure consistent, high -quality presentation across diverse retail environments to enhance customer engagement.
  

• Provide creative direction on product placement, in -store branding initiatives, and seasonal display updates.
  

Project Coordination & Management

• Plan and oversee comprehensive project rollouts across multiple retail locations simultaneously.
  

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure seamless execution and resource optimisation.
  

• Act as the central liaison between internal teams, external suppliers, and retail partners to facilitate clear communication.
  

Administrative & Financial Oversight

• Manage the full cycle of invoicing and statements with a high degree of accuracy and punctuality.
  

• Maintain organised records of project -related costs and essential financial documentation.
  

• Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth logistical flow of project activities.
