Volunteer Opportunity

Are you passionate about training and committed to fostering a culture of professionalism and operational excellence? We seek a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) volunteer to help us standardise and deliver comprehensive training to our valued team members across Check-In, Boarding, Baggage, Lost Property, Arrivals.

You will play a key role in helping to ensure consistent, up-to-date, and industry-relevant knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the subject matter experts to develop standardised training materials and modules.


• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for new joiners and existing employees who need refresher training. 


• Deliver on-job training and conduct training assessments.


• Collect feedback from participants and make necessary improvements.


• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.


• Provide guidance and support to staff members during training programs.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience using our systems, including a strong understanding of company policies, operating procedures, systems and aviation regulations.


• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver information effectively to diverse audiences.


• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities to ensure smooth training delivery.


• Flexibility to adapt training materials and methods based on learner needs.


• A passion for sharing knowledge and empowering others to reach their full potential.


• Train the Trainer or similar qualification/certification is advantageous.
