Job Description - Waiter

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Waiter/Waitress to join our team in 2026. You will be the face of our establishment, responsible for guiding guests through their dining experience, from a warm welcome to the final payment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast -paced environment and possesses strong communication and multitasking skills.

Requirements

Communication: Fluency in English (or the primary language of the establishment) to clearly explain menu items, handle guest concerns, and coordinate with kitchen staff.

Math Skills: Basic proficiency in mathematics for handling cash, processing credit card transactions, and accurately splitting checks.

POS Knowledge: Familiarity with modern Point of Sale (POS) systems (e.g., Toast or Revel) for entering orders and processing payments.

Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Experience: While entry -level roles often provide on -the -job training, 1–2 years of prior experience in a customer -facing or hospitality role is frequently preferred.
