Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, present menus, and provide detailed information on daily specials, ingredients, and potential allergens.
Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system and communicate specific dietary requirements clearly to the kitchen team.
Table Service: Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring beautiful presentation and checking in on guests throughout their meal.
Upselling: Upsell appetizers, specialty beverages, and desserts by sharing your genuine enthusiasm for our menu.
Billing & Cash Handling: Prepare final bills, process cash and card payments accurately, and handle cash-up procedures responsibly.
Section Maintenance: Keep your assigned service area clean, organized, and fully stocked. Assist with clearing, wiping, and resetting tables swiftly.
