Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional food and beverage service
  




• Ensure guests receive a high standard of service at all times
  




• Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks efficiently
  




• Set up, clear, and maintain dining areas to luxury standards
  




• Assist with menu knowledge, including food and wine pairings where required
  




• Work closely with the kitchen and front\-of\-house team to ensure smooth service
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waitress in a luxury hotel, lodge, restaurant, or guest farm
  




• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  




• Professional presentation and a guest\-focused attitude
  




• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast\-paced environment
  




• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
