Position: Warehouse Assistant Worker

Our warehouse is the heart of our operations and we are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Assistant Worker to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Assistant Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse and timely delivery of orders. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in receiving and organizing incoming stock

- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

- Load and unload delivery trucks

- Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times

- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

- Assist in the preparation of orders for delivery

- Ensure all orders are packed and labeled correctly

- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

- Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred

- Forklift certification is a plus

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects

- Basic computer skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule
