WFM Integration Specialist – 6-Month Contract

An exciting 6-month contract opportunity is available for an experienced WFM Integration Specialist to join the Altron Digital business.

We are looking for a technically skilled integration professional with strong experience in system integration, Dell Boomi, UKG Pro Time & Labour Management and enterprise software environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing customer requirements, designing and implementing WFM integration solutions, supporting project delivery and providing ongoing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and design end-to-end WFM integration solutions.
• Understand and configure systems according to the WFM blueprint.
• Design business and system processes and guide customers on best-practice workflows and policies.
• Create detailed technical and functional design documentation.
• Facilitate blueprint population and requirements validation.
• Advise clients on best practices, industry standards and legislative compliance.
• Develop solutions for complex integration requirements.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams regarding integration and security requirements.
• Work directly with third-party vendors, including HR, payroll and master data system providers, to enable effective integrations.
• Coordinate and facilitate integration testing cycles.
• Deliver end-user training to client superusers.
• Support internal training requirements where required.
• Support Project Managers with project planning and delivery approaches.
• Participate in project review and post-implementation sessions.
• Work with Project Managers to ensure smooth project closure and handover.
• Provide remote and on-site support throughout the WFM system lifecycle.
• Resolve service calls promptly to maintain an optimal customer experience.
• Use the UKG global support system to log, track and resolve complex product issues.
• Provide Help Desk support and conduct root cause analysis when required.
• Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the full UKG integration product suite.
• Use the UKG online library and product forums to remain informed of technical developments and global insights.
• Stay up to date with product updates, enhancements and changes.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work effectively with colleagues and clients while operating with minimal direction.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5–10 years' experience in systems integration and networking.
• Strong Dell Boomi experience, particularly involving UKG, HRIS and third-party system integrations.
• Experience with UKG Pro Time & Labour Management.
• Extensive experience implementing or supporting enterprise software in web-based environments.
• Experience across the software design lifecycle.
• Experience preparing technical and functional design documentation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-management capabilities.
• The ability to multitask and coordinate complex assignments.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• The ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Contract Details

This is an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

The position is hybrid, with work based at the Woodmead office and various client sites depending on project requirements.
