Job Description - WFS Outbound Agent ( Telesales) x3

MAIN PURPOSE

To contribute to the achievement of WFS targets by maximising sales through the outbound
channel in alignment with WFS policies, procedures and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospecting financial products to existing and new business customers
  • Marketing (Outbound calls)
  • Sales Targets and Metrics
  • Customer Service
  • Compliance

Requirements

KEY COMPETENCIES

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
  • Call Centre Task
  • Knowledge of Telephony Sales Management
  • Product Knowledge (Financial Services or Banking Products
  • Knowledge of Leads Management or Dialler systems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
  • Matric / Grade 12

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 
  • Minimum 12 months Outbound Telesales experience
  • Experience is Financial Services and/or Banking Sector advantageous
  • Individual must comply with the FAIS Fit & Proper requirements
It is a requirement of this role that the incumbent meets the FAIS Fit & Proper
requirements and remains Fit and Proper for the duration of their employment with
WFS.
