• 3 years' experience as a Wheat Miller
• Must have full spectrum grain experience
• Valid driver's license and own transport
• Willing to work shifts
• Previous experience managing a team

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage optimal functionality of Milling equipment
• Oversee and manage the milling process
• Ensure product quality standards are met consistently
• Routine maintenance and checks on machinery
• Train, mentor and supervise
