Purpose of the Role:

The YES4Youth Product Associate will support the Product Department by assisting with research, documentation, and coordination of product-related initiatives. This role provides a valuable opportunity for a young professional to gain practical experience in product management and development processes, while contributing to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct desktop research to support product development and innovation.


• Log and manage items on DevOps, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.


• Assign DevOps items to relevant team members and follow up on progress.


• Document updates from team members regarding product initiatives.


• Attend product research meetings and contribute to discussions.


• Draft short summaries and documentation related to product activities.


• Create and maintain session minutes and records.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A+ or N+ certification


• Any IT or Business-related tertiary qualification
