Role Overview  

Requirements

• Implement, customize, and optimize Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One, Zoho People, and other relevant tools.
  




• Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation using Zoho solutions.
  




• Advise clients on best practices for Zoho system integration and workflow automation.
  




• Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Zoho solutions.
  




• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho-related issues.
  




• Stay updated with Zoho product updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions to clients.
  




• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development.
  

Qualifications & Experience  

• Proven experience as a Zoho Consultant or similar role.
  




• Strong understanding of Zoho applications and their implementation.
  




• Experience with Zoho API integrations and workflow automation.
  




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  




• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  




• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
  




• Certification in Zoho applications is a plus.
  

Preferred Skills  

• Experience with third-party integrations and API development.
  




• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  




• Project management experience.
  




• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and ERP systems.
