Buyer needed at Bash

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 3rd Party Brand Buyer . In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing products from third-party suppliers to expand our product offerings and meet customer demand. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for product trends, and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and source products from third-party suppliers that align with our target market and customer preferences.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms for the company.
• Supplier Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure reliable and consistent product supply.
• Supplier Management: Source and negotiate agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, high-quality products, and reliable supply chains.
• Product Selection: Identify trending products, conduct market research, and analyze customer data to curate a compelling assortment of products that meet customer needs and preferences.
• Product Evaluation: Evaluate product quality, specifications, and compliance with company standards before making purchasing decisions.
• Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing and maximize profitability.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the operations team to optimize stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify new product opportunities.
• Product Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product assortment and merchandising strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments including marketing, sales, and operations to coordinate product launches, promotions, and inventory planning.

WHO YOU ARE: This job is for you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in buying preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong 3rd party buying experience
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work in cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
