Our brands enjoy the custom of professional and private developers, project managers, building contractors, builders, plumbers, electricians, joiners, cabinet-makers, tilers, roofing specialists, owner-builders and home improvers.Description Design and manage the business Learning curriculum (Catalogue) Design, develop and implement courseware (Blended approach) Enable and Manage learning for employee Manage the Return on Investment on Learning Enable Customer Centricity within the Divisions/ Service Departments Reporting Effective self- management and teamwork To uphold and promote the company values and culture Requirements Grade 12 NQF 6 (3 to 4 years) in Human Resources, Learning and Development or related tertiary qualification (essential) Minimum 2-3 years in a learning and development environment with specific experience in training, systems, facilitation and course content design, project management, learning systems/e-Learning; Experience in content and question writing and design
