Our Digestive Health brands include REHIDRAT® and MICROLAX® while supporting the Portfolio Heads on key projects to widen your exposure to ensure the development of a well-rounded marketer. You will be responsible for assisting with the excellent execution of the 1 year plan, taking responsibility for key projects including media & content, activation in the South Africa and execution plans with key customers. Key Responsibilities Execute with excellence the activation plans to drive mental & physical availability. Monitor the market and consumer shopper insights: using and interpreting syndicated data and research Work on agency briefs Track performance measures monthly Liase with external partners and internal cross-functional team for new product launches Support & contribute to relevant brand team meetings and business planning process. Assist in the development of retail-ready plans for your brand to deliver Category growth Lead Post Campaign Analysis and work with media partners to implement optimizations to digital & PR campaigns. Work closely with commercial teams to implement commercial initiatives to drive profitability. Use analytical skills to understand drivers of brand and competitor performance and recommend actions to take. Manage and report on Brand Marketing Expenditure (BME). Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Degree level educated or equivalent experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications Flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise. Desired Qualifications Self-starter who is proactive and results driven. Can do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style. Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines. Proven implementation ability. Good analytical, financial and business acumen skills
