Job Description - MPRTC Recruitment is looking for Retail Manager

Requirements Our clients, who are major players in the retail FMCG industry, are looking for a talented Retail Manager to join their team. Experience and Requirements:

Grade 12 qualification.
Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in retail management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Maintain and control department gross profits.
Conduct regular checks on fridge temperatures.
Uphold store hygiene standards.
Ensure staff adherence to company standards.
Drive sales through effective strategies.
Manage store expenses within budget constraints.
Oversee replenishment processes for all departments daily.
Collaborate with receiving to optimize perishable food handling.
