Planning Assistant

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Retail sector, requires a Planning Assistant in their Planning and Buying department, to be based at their Head Office in East London.  The Planning Assistant supports the needs of the Planning and Allocating functions, being proficient across all tasks relating to these roles. Reports on key areas relating to business performance and produces material that
aids decision making. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
- Data exporting, collating and updating
- Data analysis
- Reporting on key areas
- Assist with planning processes
- Assist with allocating stock to stores
- Monitor workflow and assist where necessary MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Matric Certificate.
- Valid Driver’s Licence – Code 8 unendorsed (advantageous)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role / in a retail environment
