Regional Trainer Manager

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (NQF 4). Tertiary Education in Training Or Development Diploma. 3-6 Years in retail environment (FMCG). 1-2 Years in managerial position. Valid Drivers License and Own Vehicle. Roles and Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with Regional Managers to analyze training requirements and compile training plans. Training Budget: Oversee training expenditure and ensure approval from the National Training Manager. Training Execution: Develop and update training materials and coordinate training sessions. Recruitment Support: Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and organize assessment logistics. Administrative Duties: Maintain training records, update feedback reports, and submit training registers. Meeting Participation: Regularly meet with store and regional managers and engage in training strategy meetings. Self-Management: Manage workload effectively, provide support to managers, and undertake additional tasks as required.
