Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Properties Manager/Developer with a background in retail for a role within our Properties Department. Join our clients vibrant business environment where innovation is key to staying ahead in the South African fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

Identify new retail sites and expansion opportunities for our client Group brands in South Africa and neighbouring countries.

Negotiate to secure prime locations for all our client Group brands.

Collaborate with teams for feedback on new store proposals.

Conduct feasibility studies to determine market opportunities and merchandise mix for each store.

Negotiate lease terms and conditions for new stores and offices.

Ensure timely lease renewals and compliance.

Address maintenance issues and resolve queries from landlords.

Qualifications and Experience:

Tertiary degree preferred (Financial Legal Property Management etc.)

Minimum of 10 years experience in property development or retail property management with a preference for retail development experience.
