Qualifications / Certifications required:

• Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent, we are open to strong candidates from all relevant educational backgrounds but you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certification(s): Salesforce, Microsoft CRM or SAP CRM
• Relevant certification(s) in one or more of the following:
• Salesforce
• SAP CRM
• Microsoft CRM
• User Experience Design

Experience required:

• 8+ years of experience, gained with a leading professional services or systems implementation firm
• Expert knowledge and understanding of digital trends and challenges across industries, gained through project experience, contribution to thought leadership, articles, client recommendation, etc
• Architecture skills spanning across Solution, data and integration domains while being aware of infrastructure, security and other non functional dimensions.
• Demonstrable track record of helping to shape successful business development of digital and other transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of the vendor landscape, ideally with leading certifications or will to pursue certifications.
• Proven understanding of Cloud market and technologies.
• Ability to operate across multiple lines of business and team up with other PwC disciplines to enrich the support to our clients.
• Support the business development activities in combination with client delivery and practice growth.
• Adaptability to continuously learn and develop the necessary skills to progress and stretch yourself.
• Strong autonomy and drive to ensure quality progress and outputs.
• Ability to drive teams in fluid environments to define relevant next steps, collect buy-in to bring clarity and progress.
• Supporting Pre-sales during development of new business with new or existing clients
• Producing proposals & working with technology vendors to present proposals
• Review of proposals during the presales process to ensure proposal accuracy
• Working with the commercial team to ensure a smooth handover in to Delivery processes
• Participate in recruitment activities where necessary
• Demonstrable hands-on cloud based cutting edge technology experience

Nice to have:

• Coding experience, server side (e.g. Apex, .Net, Java) and clientside (e.g. Javascript, CSS)

Responsibilities of role:

• Assist the Architecture Team with specification review for System Integration and Vendor specifications and evaluation for CRM solutions

Architecture skills:

• Experience is leading the designing strategic architecture, roadmap and transition states addressing business, technology and people aspects.
• Ability to drive and enforce continuity; traceability of information – across diverse stakeholders – throughout the transformation stages and therefore delivering fit for purpose solutions in line with strategic objectives.
• Proven and field tested architectural design skills and ability to discuss the merits and trade-offs of using any particular design approach and technology.
• Experience of vendor landscape, vendor selection / management process, vendor and market analysis.
• Strong enterprise architecture knowledge with a specialty on at least one of front office / middle office / back office
• Leading vendors including Application, Data, Infrastructure and Cloud platform technologies
• Solid understanding of Cloud technologies (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and operational enablers such as DevSecOps.
• Thought leadership to act as trusted advisor to advise clients senior technical leaders on best practice points of view on next-generation platforms and enablement.
• Proven track records and certifications on key leading market CRM vendors, and delivery standards (e.g. SaFe, Scrum, etc)
• Team mentoring: Drive and support the internal growth of the strategy and architecture capabilities

• Multiple experience in fluid environments delivering complex solutions in Agile and iterative delivery models.
• Used to work across diverse stakeholders in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Multi industry expertise with experiences across Tier 1 companies.
