Job Description:

• The learnership offers individuals the opportunity to be trained in both sales floor and service desk operations in a retail setting.
  
• Emphasis will be on working with customers and managing stock.
  
• Success in this role requires a commitment to learning completing logbooks preparing for assessments and demonstrating competency as a versatile sales consultant.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Work a minimum of 120 hours
  
• Acquire knowledge and skills
  
• Prepare for assessments
  
• Assist customers in locating merchandise
  
• Implement store merchandising following MBP principles
  
• Process payments and purchases using the POS system
  
• Open new accounts
  
• Control stock losses
  
• Foster customer relationships
  
• Ensure customer security and safety
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Grade 10
  
• Maximum Grade 12 or NQF Level 2
  
• Interest in fashion and retail
