We have also developed an extensive Cloud network throughout South Africa.Job Duties: Responsible for full Creditors Book Capturing monthly supplier invoices, understanding the difference between cost of sales and expenses Understanding of VAT Liaising with suppliers with regards to account queries and anomalies and solving queries Reconciling Supplier Account Statement (Creditors Reconciliation) to books Preparing payment schedules of Domestic and Foreign payments Loading payments for supplier based on supplier terms and ad hoc payments Processing journals Monthly Financial reporting of Full Creditors Aging Cashbook processing And any other tasks requested by management Requirements Completed grade 12 or equivalent A relevant Diploma or higher in accounting. At least 3 years performing a similar role. Proficient in MS Excel.
