Trainers and sales coaches to guide you to our standards, upon training:
Uncapped commission
No claw backs
Get paid from sale one.
Bonuses per week
Get paid weekly, averages per week (R2500.00 – R6500.00) upon meeting and exceeding target
You still get paid per sale even if you are not on target.
R160 per sale
60% of target reached R800 developmental incentive
100% of target met R1000 developmental incentive
Full paid training
On the job training everyday

If you are awarded a permanent position with UDM International you will receive a monthly salary= basic + uncapped commission + no clawbacks.
Our average salary currently is R27 535.00 per month.
Training hours:
· Monday-Thursday: 07:30-15:30
· Friday: 07:30-14:30 (you get an hour off earlier)

Gautrain reimbursement up to R81.00 per day
