POSITION INFO:
My client is currently seeking a Slurry Pump Applications Engineer to join their team. As a Slurry Pump Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and helping them select and specify the appropriate slurry pump for their applications. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers to understand their slurry pump requirements and provide technical support.
• Assist customers in the selection and specification of the appropriate slurry pump for their application.
• Conduct site visits and perform pump system assessments to determine the best solution for the customer.
• Provide technical training and support to customers on the installation and operation of slurry pumps.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals and provide technical input for bids and tenders.
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge on slurry pump applications and related products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in slurry pump applications engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of slurry pumps and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
