Visit us at Role PurposeAs Broker Sales Adviser in this dynamic team, you will handle Personal Momentum Short-term Insurance clientsand brokers. Successful candidates will be required to complete Personal product training. RequirementsMatricRE (regulatory exams) compulsoryAt least 6 months broker related sales experience, knowledge, and insightMust have an excellent sales track record.Attitude/passion towards service excellenceClear disciplinary record Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Broker Sales Adviser Team of Momentum STI will primarily be responsible for converting leads/quotes to salesin terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including, but not limited to:Monthly premium written.Net conversion ratio of quotes to salesQuality targetCancellation ratio CompetenciesMust be driven, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure.Ability to execute and deliver results.Excellent computer skillsUncompromising approach towards service excellence and the ability to work in a fast paced and resultsorientatedenvironment.Attention to detail.Ability to work in a team environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Enthusiastic and passionate about the role and the companyAbility to build and maintain relationships.
