Job Title:  Detail Sales Representative (Pharmaceutical) Location:  Free State, Western Cape, KwaZulu- NatalSalary Package:  R 55 000.00 CTC.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for educating scripting doctors on specific productsDisplace the competitors using clinical evidenceImplement the marketing strategy on the brandMake appointments, and call timeously on the doctorIncrease product market sharesWork closely with the sales counterpart to ensure availabilityAchieve 9 calls per dayDaily appointment ratio of 5% or moreCustomer split (specialist and GP split)Visit 90% of customers every cycle (6 weeks)Grade customers (80% of customers either A) most important doctors, B) second most important doctors, or C) additional doctorsDay trips cannot exceed 120km radiusRegular updates on productsAchieve 85% minimum on product assessmentContinuous product trainingComplete weekly planners, expenses, and plan country tripsDaily completion of calls with comments on RepwiseOther ad-hoc Smartsheets and reportsAnalyse data on Power BI and define plans per customerScript target achieved for each productAchieve strategy for the brandRequirements:Bachelor’s degree within the medical field (BSc)Computer literateBasic understanding of Microsoft OfficeAble to work under pressureStrong-mindedDeadline drivenSelf-disciplinedGood time management skillsPlanning and organisingGood communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsAble to present a professional imageDriver’s license and car are requiredThe role-holder will travel 90% of their time on a mixture of planned and ad-hoc business travelStaying away from home regularly
