Job Description - E-commerce Operations Manager

SUMMARY:
E-commerce Operations Manager - JHB POSITION INFO:

Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in an E-commerce Operations Management role
Qualification: Degree/Diploma/Consumer Science in Marketing
Manage Omni-channel experience (Shopify web shop, plugins and digital shopping experience)
Develop site and page layouts
Analyse performance
Develop digital sales strategies
Updating the product on the e-commerce store
Expedite orders including picking, packing and despatching
Manage returns
Receiving stock into the retail DC
Conduct cycle count
Conduct stock taking of on-hand inventory
Manage and report on social media
Create digital advertisements and newsletters
Manage customer interactions
