Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as an experienced Sales Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating high-quality outbound calls to our diverse client base. This is a great opportunity to step foot into the world of sales and marketing. Job Responsibilities: As a Telemarketer at Baruch you will be responsible for:

• Initiating outbound calls to potential clients and promoting our comprehensive range of marketing services.
• Presenting and explaining our services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead generation and follow-up techniques.
• Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Gather and record customer information correctly

Job Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of proven Telemarketing experience to qualify for this position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English or the Afrikaans language.
• Persuasive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for sales and meeting targets.
• A high level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Must be a quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skils.
• Should be confident in initiating conversations and building relationships with potential customers.
